  Here’s how: note: you will need a working key for your existing cylinder to perform this task.  Firstly, for a Whitco MK II Tasman lock the lock needs to be in the locked position. To do this, when door is open you will need to press the deadlatching pin which sits above the main latch   Next, you will need to undo the cylinder retaining screw  Then insert and turn key to lock position.   Cylinder will then pull out   Now follow steps in reverse with replacement cylinder.
