Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

When viable or product not stocked in our warehouse, Lock Supplies may dropship from warehouses across Australia.

Once a parcel has left us, it is in the hands of the courier and delivery times are out of our control, please allow up to 6 days for delivery to most metro areas.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For shipping rates on Heavy items and Safes: Shipping charges for your order will quoted on after checkout. Please contact us prior if you seek a quote 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 116 Sherriffs Road Morphett Vale SA 5162. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping: Please contact us for a quote.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@locksupplies.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some of our preferred couriers have limitations around delivering to a PO Box, Lock Supplies may contact you for an alternative delivery address if this is the case.
