Changes relating to the storage and security of firearms

As of July 2017 - South Australian Police have released the new Firearms Regulations, those with registered firearms should have received the following in the mail, 

SAPOL Mail Out - Firearm Regulation changes

Firearms owners who have obtained their licence after July 2017 need to comply straight away. For those owners which have had a licence and owned firearms before prior to the change, have until July 1 2018 to comply.
